Policies, Shipping & Returns
Please allow up to 3 business days (Tues-Sat) for order processing prior to shipping. More time may be required around holidays or for larger orders. All orders are subject to product availability. You may specify a later ship date upon ordering, to be sure that your order can be accepted for the time you need it. We ship within the United States with the United States Post Office. It's never too early to order! Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be responsible for the condition of our product once it leaves our facility. Every effort will be made prior to the products leaving our facility to ensure that your package arrives in great condition. We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery. If there is a mistake on our part we will replace the product or give you a refund minus shipping costs.
All orders are final.
Once an order has been placed for pick-up it is the responsibility of the customer to pick it up on the day and time requested. No refunds will be given for orders not picked up.
